There are many ways to get to Munich. We have collected some information that will help you organizing your visit. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us (via email or on facebook).

Most importantly, the address of the venue:

Alte Kongresshalle
Theresienhöhe 15

Public transport in Munich

Since the venue is in the very center of Munich, public transport is your best friend during your stay. It's the fastest and easiest way to get around, be it getting to the event or to do some sightseeing in between.

The nearby stations are:

Schwanthalerhöhe

(about 2 minutes to the ballroom by foot)

and these trains take you there:

Hauptbahnhof (Main Station)

(about 20 minutes to the ballroom by foot)

and these trains take you there:

By plane

Munichs main airport is north-east of the city. Make sure you book flights to it, the airport code is MUC.

(There is a second airport (code: FMM) which some airlines - mainly Ryanair - call "Munich West". This airport is over 100km away from Munich!)

The easiest and cheapest way to get from the MUC airport to the venue and nearby hotels is the S-Bahn (see public transport). Every S-Bahn leaving from the airport stops at both, Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz (Stachus). No train change required!

By train

Many national and international trains arrive at Munich main station (Hauptbahnhof). From there, it's just around the corner (see the map above). Nothing easier than that.

By car

If you decide to get to Munich by car, you get to enjoy the German Autobahn. Keep in mind - since we are located in the city center of Munich, that parking spaces are sparse and you might have to park your car in a parking garage nearby.

If you don't see a map here, Google Maps might be offline.
